    10 km

    Pak Shek Kok Waterfront Park → Pak Shek Kok Promenade → Yuen Chau Tsai Park (double back) → Pak Shek Kok Waterfront Park

  • 3. Age Limits

    10 km individual or team participants must be 16 years old or above as of 2020.

    3 km individual or team participants must be 12 years old or above as of 2020.

    Family team child member must be between 4-12 years old and accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above as of 2020.

  • 7. Entry confirmation

    You will receive an email from cookies run online application system soon after you complete the online payment along with the application.

    Applicants paying via cheque or bank transfer will receive the confirmation email within two week after we received your cheque or bank-in-slip.

    If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your Spam or junk folder and, if it has not been received, please contact us.

  • 8. Runner’s Pack Collection

    Runner’s pack collection email will be sent to all successful applicants on or before 24 June 2020.

    If you do not receive the collection letter, please check your Spam or junk folder and, if it has not been received, please contact us.

    *The size of race tee cannot be exchanged.

    *Race bibs are non-transferable.

  • 9. Baggage Deposit

    Free baggage-keeping services will be provided. Participants are advised not to bring any valuable properties. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss.

    Opening time: 7:30am – 12:00pm

    Runners are advised to arrive in sufficient time to deposit their bags to avoid delays.

  • 10. Time Limits

    1.5km – 45 mins

    3km – 1 hour

    10km – 1.5 hours

  • 11. Prize

    All participants will be awarded a Finisher Medal.

    Individual – 10 km / 3 km
    The champion and the 1st to 2nd runners-up of each group will be awarded trophy.

    Team – 10 km / 3 km
    The champion and the 1st to 2nd runners-up of each group will be awarded a trophy and medals.

    *All awards will only be presented on-site at designated time slots on the race day.

  • 12. Result

    The official result will be posted on cookies run website within 2 weeks after the race

  • 13. Transportation

    The participants are advised to access the assembly point by suggested public transport:

    • KMB Bus Route 272K : University MTR Station <-> Hong Kong Science Park (5 mins ride)
    • Green Mini Bus Route 27 : Shatin MTR Station (Pai Tau Street) -> Hong Kong Science Park Phase 2 (10 mins ride)
    • Private Cars: Parking spaces available at Hong Kong Science Park Phases 1 and 2
  • 14. Regulations, Terms and Conditions
    • Entry fees are non-refundable or transferable upon the approval application.
    • All Entries are not transferable. The Organizer will not accept request for category change after the registration is completed. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel entry of any applicants without refund if they have provided false or incomplete information, or fail to meet entry requirements.
    • The Organizer also reserves the right to contact and interview applicants by phone or other means for any additional information required for their application.
    • If a Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No.8 is issued at 5 am on the event day, the event will be cancelled without refund due to bad weather conditions.
    • The Organizer reserves the right to change or alter any parts of the running route before and during the race without prior notice to participants in the event of unexpected road conditions or emergency.
    • Instructions given by the Organizer and race officials must be followed with respect to all matters not provided herein.
    • The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any person and / or nullify his or her result due to any violation, breach or non-observance of any competition rules set for this event. The Organizer shall not be obliged to refund any entry fee under such circumstances.
    • All prices and winners are based on official timing.
    • All awards will only be presented on-site at designated time slots on the race day.
    • No protest or complaint shall be entertained.
    • Participants are advised to take up their own personal or other insurance.
    • Participant’s enrollment and participation are all conducted volunteerly and he/she iis willing to assume all responsibility of their own.
    • Organizer takes no responsibility for any losses or damages (actual or consequential) and injuries or deaths of the participants and his guests or his authorized persons at the event.
    • In case there are additional expenses or costs incurred by the Organizer and any other individual, organization or company connected directly or indirectly with the Event arising from or in connection with my participation in the event, I shall indemnify or reimburse the Organizer.
    • Participants irrevocably grant the organizer and any sponsors the right to photograph them during the event and have my name, voice, likeness and appearance made into photographs, sound, video or multi-media recordings relation to the event and to use in perpetuity throughout the world, in all media now known or hereafter devised for organizing events, advertising and promotion.
    • Upon submitting his/her entry, applicant agrees to accept all Terms & Conditions and agree to the Official Competition Rules as stipulated and also to those that maybe later introduced by the Organizer to regulate the smooth running of the event.
    • These Terms and Conditions are in English and Chinese and in case of discrepancies between the English and the Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
    • The Organizer reserves the rights to amend or interpret the above regulations, terms and conditions.
  • 15. Bad Weather Arrangement
    • If typhoon signal no. 8 or above, or Black rainstorm warning signal is issued from 12 pm on the day before event, the Event will be cancelled. Entry fee will not be refunded.
    • Other than the above scenarios, should weather conditions turn bad or the aforesaid signals are issued during the race, the organizer may modify the race course or cancel the race.
    • If the race is canceled after it has started, runners will be directed to leave the race course under safe condition by marshals.
